Ocean View

Ocean View Properties in Ewa Beach

As a broker that helps lots of both buyers and sellers, one thing that we hear a lot from buyers is ocean views as an item on the wish list. I think the ocean is one of the iconic images of Hawaii when someone from the mainland is thinking about moving to the islands. Generally, the list of wants in the new home is long, but one thing almost everyone asks for is an ocean view. I mean, it is Hawaii, so if you can, why not?

Two New Ocean View Listings on Oahu

Well, not every home on Oahu can or has an ocean view. Lucky for the discerning, I have two great new listings that both give you at least a partial ocean view. They are both in a fantastic HOA, Hoakalei at Kuapapa. They both are on the same street in Ewa Beach, Kai Kukuma, and they are a few doors down from one another. Each home has a separate bedroom on the main floor, both are four bedrooms, and both have three full baths. The first one that is just a few houses from the ocean is 91-1184 Kai Kukuma (MLS #202214552). This home has just been painted from top to bottom and is listed for $1.245M. The second offering is 91-1174 Kai Kukuma (MLS #202214552) which has a private lanai off the primary that faces towards the water also listed for $1.245M and was also just painted from ceiling to base.

Each one of these luxury homes has a fully fenced yard, detatched gargage to park two cars and each one is across from an open space green park. This is a nice quiet street in Ewa Beach in a prime location. Obviously it at times can be hard to fufill every item on a buyers list of wants and needs but we ceratinly can check ocean view off the list with either of these two properties.
