O‘ahu Industry Pro Michael Marks Joins Hawai‘i Life as Director of Inside Sales
We are pleased to welcome O‘ahu real estate professional Michael Marks to our team. Mike now serves as our statewide Director of Inside Sales. Mike works closely with our team of database engineers, client service and inside sales professionals. He is responsible for lead generation and expanding our team of agents across the islands.
We operate the most highly trafficked real estate website in the state. As such, we field a substantial volume of internet inquiries and relocation referrals each day. “Hawai‘i Life has deep roots in customer service, marketplace transparency and technology. That combination has resulted in a relative bombardment of traffic to our website and related inquiries about real estate all across Hawai‘i,” said CEO and Principal Broker Matt Beall.
Mike spearheads an enterprise-wide effort to expand the flow of qualified leads, funneling them to the company’s team of more than 350 agents statewide. Prospecting new leads, cultivating client relationships, and optimizing the company’s digital sales funnel functionality are critical aspects of Mike’s role, and a daily focus for him.
He’s also engaged in agent recruitment. “We’re constantly growing our team to meet demand, and we couldn’t have found a better candidate for this role. Born and raised on O‘ahu, Mike attended the University of California at Santa Barbara. After launching and operating a real estate start-up in Oregon, he returned home to Honolulu in 2006. Since then, he has focused on scaling and optimizing real estate sales programs and coaching and training seasoned real estate professionals.
Marks is well recognized as an industry leader. He is a graduate of the MAESTRO Leadership Program developed by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and became an approved Tom Ferry sales coach in 2019. He has unique expertise in leveraging CRM programs to systematize and streamline an agent’s prospecting routine to maximize client engagement.
