Are you looking for a single-family home in Hawaii Kai? Does a beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, two bath home all on one level sound appealing?

If so, you may want to take a look at 1131 Kahului Street (MLS#202208913). You’ll appreciate the great curb appeal. The front yard is well-manicured and reflects the owner’s green thumb and meticulous care. If location is important to you, you’ll love that this home is within minutes to world-famous Sandy Beach, the Hawaii Kai Golf Course, Koko Crater Botanical Gardens, several shopping centers, great eateries, shops, the theatre and more!

Of course, what I admire most about this house are the high ceilings, the open feel, and the quality and tasteful upgrades, including koa veneer cabinetry, solid surface counters, and stainless steel appliances.

Do you like to entertain? There is a large deck which is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying the island lifestyle. If storage is important to you, rest assured, this house has lots of storage space. There is even a built-in work space in the garage and lots of storage under the house.

There is a lot to like about this property. The open-beam ceilings, the wood elements, and natural light all combine to create a warm and inviting living space. But, don’t take my word for it. Come by and see for yourself. We’ll be open on Sunday, June 5th from 2-5.

Oh, did I mention that this home is competitively priced at $1,295,000? If you are looking for great value, this is it!

I want this so bad, I have been in Hawaii twice, never wanted to come back to Wisconsin, I am on Disability, I hate where I live and hoping for a MIRACLE—this is my dream and where I want to live till I die, cause I am 62 and I can write a book and they can make a movie on my life. I keep dreaming I will win big, like PCH or a lottery, I hope and pray, cause I want to live my remaining life here in Hawaii.
