I reached out last year, still looking for a place and this might just be perfect. Do you know if the owner would hold the note and/or do owner financing for a bit?

I just bought a house here in WA last July and my credit is a bit thin to purchase another right now. I could make a 10-20% down payment (cash) and discuss owner holding note.
