This is a nice big home with a beautiful landscaped yard, privacy, pool and jacuzzi, but I’m not sure the prices have gone up that much yet. It is my opinion that this will sell for less than asking price by quite a bit.
If you have been waiting for Kaanapali, don’t wait any longer. Inventory is low and prices are not coming down. This will sell for more than they paid last year.

If you have been following our market in Kaanapali, you will know that this is one of the lowest priced homes for all of Kaanapali. There is another listing here that is less money (MLS# 338358), but is also 10 years older and the design reflects that.
The prices in Kaanapali have stabilized some what and appear to be gaining strength. We have had several homes that were priced similar to this one sell in the mid $900K range after being on the market for some time.
I sold one a couple months ago that was priced at $1,225,000 and we were able to get them down to $920,000. That home needed more work than this new listing though with all new flooring, windows, and pool work.
