What’s happening in Hoopili right now? Today’s normal has changed for us all. For some, this is not the right time to purchase a home but for others it is. Currently Ilima and Kohina at Hoopili have homes available to first come first served. Meaning, there are no lotteries for these homes. Ilima has five, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, market priced homes, starting from $602,510 to $603,270. One of these homes is available to move in now. The other 4 homes have move in dates around July and August.
Ilima also has three affordable homes, for those that qualify for the 120% income group. The affordable homes are all 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, priced at $426,575 with move in dates around July and August.
Kohina
Kohina has four, 1 bedroom, 1 bath homes priced from $346,140 to $347,140 with move in dates in May and June.
They also have one 2 bedroom, 2 bath home priced at $396,500 with a move in date in May.
There is also one 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home priced from $437,035 with a move in date in May.
The North Residences at Kohina
The North Residences at Kohina have four, 1 bedroom, 1 bath homes priced from $408k to $430,500 with move in dates around August.

Few years back I had a house in kaneohe bay which we sold long time back.
