Beachfront Home on Kauai’s North Shore

Located on over one-half an acre, the unique design of this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home captures views in two directions: the crystal-clear coral reef out front and spectacular mountain and waterfall views behind. Hanalei is ten minutes away, Bali Hai is in your backyard, and miles of golden sand are right outside your door.

Luxury Features & Stunning Views

Scheduled for completion in December 2022, the home features teak floors, Accoya decking from New Zealand, and a copper alloy metal roof — along with Wolf, Miele, and SubZero appliances. Tall wall plates (up to 16 feet in height) create volume, and custom Fleetwood sliders flood the interior with light while framing views that are simply the best.
