New Development in Ewa Beach Brings Welcomed Change

Years ago certain parts of the island had certain stigmas attached to them, and Ewa Beach was one such area. Ewa Beach was known to be far from town and sometimes known for older, run down properties. Our new Hawaii Life office and Laulani Village mall is now housed on what used to be an old sugar cane field.

Well, this has all changed, and I am very happy to call Ewa Beach my home and also the Hawaii Life office I work out of. We are in a rapid expansion mode on the west side. The new Kamakana Ali’i mall is fast taking shape. This brand new, expansive mall will have Macy’s as an anchor, tons of restaurants, a hotel, and a new movie theater, to name just a few things.

The roads have been well engineered and this area includes the first stop on the new rail project. We have a smaller inter island airport and tons of new commercial businesses opening almost daily. The schools are great, with many public and top notch private schools to choose from. We are lucky to have some great nearby beaches, lagoons, walking paths, and so much more.

The houses and townhouses in the area are offering buyers numerous choices, from entry level to the gorgeous million dollar expansive properties of Hoakalei. We just saw the opening of the new and gorgeous Four Seasons in Ko Olina and plans are in the works to bring a new Atlantis property to the area. If you have never been to or seen the Atlantis in the Bahamas or Dubai, you are really missing something spectacular. Just Google the Atlantis Bahamas to see how beautiful and amazing that location is. Not to mention the fact we are surrounded by some of the best golf courses on the island, including the world-famous Ernie Els championship course.

The Times Are Changing

If you haven’t been to Ewa in awhile, it’s time to put it back on your radar. This is a great time to reconsider Ewa Beach and all it has to offer. I would be more than happy to show you some great lifestyle properties in the area, and maybe you will be lucky enough to call Ewa Beach home, as I do.
