The Neighborhood

The gated community of Kahala Kua is a newer developed community on the East side of Oahu at the top of Poola Street. The community was developed in the mid-1990s and is situated on a ridge in between Waialae Iki and Aina Haina. There are 110 homes in the community, all built on lots that range from 10,000 – 20,000+ sq ft. From the friendly security guards at the entrance gate to the beautiful modern homes you are surrounded by, Kahala Kua is nothing short of spectacular.

Location, Location, Location

The ridge that Kahala Kua Community is on is situated perfectly. If you are headed East toward Hawaii Kai, you have Costco, multiple grocery stores, beach parks, and highly touted hiking and tourist attractions. If you head West toward Honolulu, you have everything that the city life has to offer, including Waikiki. A night on the town would be quick and convenient. What a great feeling to be out of the hustle and bustle in your own community, yet a quick 10 minute drive each way can put you right where you want to be.
