Molokai Foreclosure – Only $133,500 for Spacious Molokai Condo

Looking for a great deal or a hidden treasure? This Molokai foreclosure is it!

Private end unit at Ke Nani Kai, #156 (MLS# 342707) located in Maunaloa, Molokai

Most out-of-state buyers visiting Hawaii in speculation of a condo purchase are looking for one that offers short-term vacation rental income. Not all condos are approved for short term rentals and if they are, most likely they are not a popular vacation spot like Ke Nani Ka.

Unit #156 is a 2 bed/2 bath, generously sized at 908 square feet, compared to another nearby complex offering studio units from only 348 square feet for the same price.

Located near the pool, jacuzzi, and championship tennis courts, this cool, airy corner unit is tucked away in a private garden area of the complex where there are no sidewalks, buildings, or parking lots in view—just tropical foliage and beautiful green lawns.

A short stroll to the local beaches such as the famous Papohaku Beach will allow you to enjoy whale watching, surfing, snorkeling, swimming, and shell collecting. Bring your island-style flair and make this your home in paradise.

Note: Unit sold unfurnished, as-is. “Buyer and/or Buyer’s agent to do own due diligence on unit and AOAO.” This is a bank-owned property.

Perfect opportunity for a paddler to buy! I’ve stayed here many times before the Molokai race & several times a year, there is NOTHING available here… I think that would be the target audience 🙂
