Mauna Lani Resort’s Entertaining Ways

One of the many benefits of living at the iconic Mauna Lani Resort is the many activities and entertainers always on tap right on property!

The Shops at Mauna Lani ‘”Dinner & A Show” Concert Series kicked off last month and continues with live performances from some of Hawaii Island’s top musicians and hula halaus (dance groups).

The Shops invites you to enjoy food to-go from one of its many dining venues and enjoy the show under the stars in the shopping plaza’s courtyard. Coming up: Halau Hula Malanai’s performance of ancient and contemporary styles of dance on Wednesday, November 20 from 6- 7 p.m.; music by Dagan & Friends, Thursday, November 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.; and the Johnny Shot Band Tuesday, November 26 from 5:30- 7:30 p.m.

In addition to these special performances, guests are entertained nightly starting at 8 with a magic and comedy show at Kozy’s Tiki Palace – no show is ever the same they say!

To get your evening started, many of the restaurants offer daily happy hours, including Sushi Shiono (4:30-6:30 p.m. and 8-10 p.m.) and Pele’s Wok (4-5p.m.) which features assorted small plates, cocktails, and beverages for $8 each.

Not a homeowner at the resort yet? One of the newest neighborhoods, Ke Kailani, offers a variety of property choices in this gated boutique community, including villas, single family homes and estate sites for construction of your custom home in paradise.

Ke Kailani is a peaceful oasis removed from the center of activity, yet just a short golf cart ride from all amenities at Mauna Lani Resort.  Situated on pristine Honokaope Bay,

Ke Kailani offers property owners exclusive use of its on-site amenities, including The Grotto with an infinity pool, two whirlpool spas, and two open-air entertainment pavilions.

In addition, Hana Pono Park, a 5.5-acre recreation area, is adjacent to Ke Kailani offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, adult and children swimming pools, barbecue area, and pavilion.
