There are nine condos currently on the market in this coveted community ranging from $777,000 for a 900+ sq. ft. one bedroom one bath,Â second floor unit (MLS#239987) to $2.590 for a 1,500+ sq. ft. 2 bed, 2 bath second floor condo (MLS# 242203) with an averageÂ of 207 days on market.
That average is somewhat obscured; as one just came on market today, and five of the previously listed units have 320+ days on market, with one persistent seller at 800+ days!! There has been only one sale (3/2010) in the past 2 Â½ years with none currently under contract.
This could, however, be the right time to make an offer on that oceanfront condo as sellers are obviously and most likely painstakinglyÂ aware an adjustment has to be made in order to sell their property, as Kukio and Hualalai owners recently did after sitting stagnant with no sales in several years.
