With so much happening on the West Side this week, I wanted to draw your attention to a couple great properties in the Kaanapali and Kapalua areas. This gorgeous home MLS 398325 located at the Residence Montage in the Kapalua Resort boasts ocean views and 5 Star amenities. Another great home is this Pineapple Hill beautifully maintained MLS 398665. Also right on the resort and boasting 5 Star amenities right from home.   In addition, looking to Kaanapali is MLS 398915 in the prestigious Summit Estates. This home boasts ocean and mountain views, 2 master suites and a chef’s dream kitchen.

I also wanted to offer a quick reminder that Hawaii Life launched a new home valuation tool.
