Maui Weekend Events – July 28

Aloha friends! No race this weekend. We await States over on the Big Island on August 5th. Kihei Town 4th Friday kicks off the weekend. Then we have two opportunities for health and wellness offerings. First, on Saturday, Sportbodywork Maui hosts their Health and Wellness Fair. Next, on Sunday, we have the Maui Holistic Fair and Crystal Sale. Also on deck this weekend is a great opportunity with an Imu Building Workshop at the Maui Nui Botanical Center.

Sportbodywork Health and Wellness Fair

Sportbodywork is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair this Saturday afternoon. If you have not experienced Paul’s handiwork, I highly recommend you take your aches and pains to him. He is a muscle and joint expert and can deal with chronic pain and imbalances in a very direct and efficient way. The Fair takes place from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.  Event highlights include free spot massage treatments by his team and a chance to win $800 of giveaways mostly around health and wellness and biohacking. You can get an entry on their Instagram page as well, but I recommend heading in and familiarizing yourself if you are not already.

Maui Holistic Fair & Crystal Sale

Maui Holistic Fair is hosting this Sunday from noon to 6:00 pm at the Wailea Healing Center. Crystals, jewelry and art available for sale. Talented practitioners offering astrology, tarot, akashic readings, bodywork, energy healing, aura photography and more. This is a free event. Proceeds support Maui Family Farmer Training Network. Check out allevents for more.

Imu Building Workshop with Ikaika Nakahashi

Maui Nui Botanical Gardens is hosting an Imu Building Workshop this Friday and Saturday. This is a 2-day in-depth workshop and participants must attend both days. Learn how to plan build and cook from an imu. Participants get to include a pan of food for cooking in the imu.

Kihei 4th Friday Town Party

Kihei 4th Friday town party takes place on the fourth Friday of every month. This is such a fun event for the family with over 20 food truck vendors and plenty Local Retail Vendors. There is also a keiki zone with face painting, balloon twisting, hula hoops, bubbles and quick science. Fun event to gather with community.

Real Estate

hawaii life just sold

In real estate matters, I’m happy to share with you that I brought in the buyers for 80 Maia Pl in Hana. This property sold for $1.425M. I have been sharing the market minutes with you regularly enough now for you to know that the market on Maui is still moving along pretty well.

In fact, many properties are selling without going to market. If you have something in mind, do reach out. We will be able to find you your dream property.

If you are wondering if the current market conditions make selling your property advantageous, please reach out as well. I have some competitive analysis I’d love to share with you. You can also go ahead and run your property through the Hawaii Life Home Value Tool and then reach out to discuss. This home valuation tool is more Hawai‘i specific and allows for personalization with updates you’ve made to your home. You can also add your mortgage detail and sign up to receive a monthly report similar to your brokerage, investment or bank statement. Very cool resource!

Whatever your real estate needs may be, I am here for you and can help.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

As always, have fun and stay safe! Hope to see you out there this weekend.
