Real Estate

4355 lower kula rd

A new large-acreage opportunity in Kula just became available! 4355 Lower Kula Rd is 48 acres of beautifully situated Upcountry land. The zoning on the property is interim. This allows additional flexibility on building sizes when compared to any other large agricultural acreage Upcountry. 2- 1″ water meters and 1- 1.5″ water meter are present on property. This is enough for most any farming venture and for residences to not be limited to a small number of water fixtures, etc.

Additionally, I have 3 large acreage listings Upcountry and North Shore Maui.

Nahiku 50 acres in a special part of Nahiku, minutes away from Hana. Price recently reduced.
