Maui Weekend Events and Happy Thanksgiving

Aloha friends! We are approaching a long holiday weekend on Maui. This year, really the past few years, have really brought into focus what is important for all of us. Despite all the hardships we are experiencing individually and collectively, if we take a few steps back, it becomes clear we have so much to be grateful for. I am especially grateful for my family and loved ones this year. And for you all. Thank you for putting your trust in me.

Real Estate

Quick reminder that MEO is offering bridge grants to business that were affected by the fires and there has been a rule change on lowering down payment requirement for multi-unit properties to 5%.  See my blog from last week for more.

Also, quick reminder I currently have 3 large acreage listings: Upcountry and North Shore Maui.

Nahiku 50 acres in a special part of Nahiku, minutes away from Hana. Price just lowered!

Kula I’o 15 acres: 7+ acres of buildable area offers lots of options.

1900 Pulehu Road 148 acres: open ranchland with diversified fruit trees and other crops, unique gulch/dry riverbed boundaries.

Please feel free to reach out regarding any of these or any other property on Maui you’d like to discuss.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

As always, have fun and stay safe! Hope to see you out there this weekend.
