Maui Lani Buying & Selling | The Stice Team's 3 Pending Sales

The first quarter of 2016 has been a great start for The Stice Team representing Maui Lani buyers and sellers. Currently, we have three pending escrows, each in different developments within the community. Each client represents a completely unique situation.

Off Island Buyers – The Parkways

Our first pending sale are clients we connected with through writing these blogs. They’re relocating from Southern California in search of an exciting new adventure for the start of their retirement. The process has been simple and seamless with the assistance of the developer, Towne Island Homes.

They began by choosing which models they were interested in and narrowed it down from there (street location, exterior options, etc). Once they found the home that fit their needs, we opened escrow and the buyers turned in their first deposit (Process for Purchasing at The Parkways). The building process will be done by the end of May and we will be looking to close early June.

Buyer Relocating From Haiku – New Traditions

Aforementioned, each situation is unique. This buyer came in off a mailer we send out regualarly to Upcountry residents. She had The Stice Team over to her house to examine her living situtation. This buyer had partners in which she purchased the home with and was looking to sell her portion and relocate closer to town. We were happy to help her in the process and were able to keep all parties satisfied in doing so. Similar to the above situation, we began the process in the New Traditions neighborhood. This escrow is set to close in the beginning of April.

Sellers Next Phase in Life – The Greens

This seller came to us through mailers we send out to the Maui Lani community. The seller was looking to move from her current residence into an assisted living facility. She had no idea where to begin and at what price. We then came to the subject property, reviewed all options, and the pros and cons of each. We then provided her with a comparative market analysis (an in-depth tool we use to give sellers a ballpark to price their home in). In this situation we are selling the home to a relative and treating them as a customer buyer. We are set to close at the end of April.
