Mainland Companies Flocking To Oahu

One thing you hear a lot from people not living in Hawaii is, “Don’t you miss all the comforts of home?” Well, that is all changing as Oahu is getting some of the most desirable brands, restaurants, movie theaters, and stores from the mainland. Today is the day that the first Five Guys Burgers and Fries is set to open in Mililani, with numerous others coming on line right behind it.

Dunkin’ Donuts just announced that it will open 15 new locations throughout the islands. The absolutely gorgeous Regal Kapolei commons 12 movie theater just opened a new, state-of-the-art, full leather and fully reclinable stadium seating theater in Kapolei. This area is also being transformed with many new eateries coming soon, including the famed owner of Roy’s opening Eating House 1849.

So, in short, we are there now having access to all the favorite items from the mainland. New malls, hotels, gyms, and restaurants open daily on Oahu making this the best place to live on earth. The weather is not so bad either, but some may miss shoveling snow instead of sitting at the beach.

Is this it? Is this the full article? What about mainland companies, for work that are moving or have moved here? Kaiser is expanding, and I am sure there are more things than restaurants, retail and movies coming in. Hawai’i is growing so much, there must be more that can be added.
