The word esplanade is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a level open stretch of paved or grassy ground, especially: one designed for walking or driving along a shore.”

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting The Esplanade in Hawaii Kai, you’ll understand the esplanade is the perfect name for this community. The building fronts Hawaii Kai’s marina and has it’s own walking path along the marina.

The Esplanade consists of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Many of the units are marina-facing offering gorgeous sunset, marina, and mountain views.

My personal favorite are the 2-bedroom, ground floor units. Each come with its own private courtyard. But, my favorite part of The Esplanade is it’s pet-friendly!

The Esplanade is not just known for its marina frontage, but also for its luxurious amenities.

• 5 BBQ areas, gas stove BBQs with ample, spacious, and private dining areas
