Waimea’s Popular Neighborhood of Luala’i Offers June Savings For Home Buyers

Luala’i has been one of most popular Waimea neighborhoods for sales in recent years, and now for the month of June, buyers will receive extra savings.

The “Kula” model is the largest home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a total of 1,742 sq.ft.

DR Horton Offers June Savings For Luala’i Home Buyers

June is the Great American Home Sale for DR Horton – the largest U.S. builder and the developer of Luala’i. During June, buyers at Luala’i can receive either a $3,000 or a $5,000 closing credit. For buyers that finance their home with DR Horton’s finance arm – DHI Mortgage – there is a $10,000 credit for using them. 

This month an additional $3,000 closing credit is added to the $10,000 for total closing credit of $13,000. If a buyer goes with a different lender, they still can receive a $5,000 credit. One of the criteria for this credit is the home must be put into escrow in June and close before September 28th.

The good news is there are several homes that are either already completed or that will be completed by the September deadline. Luala’i has 5 different models for buyers to choose from with single story and two story homes, 3 or 4 bedroom homes.

Lot sizes vary depending on the size of home built on them. All homes are built with steel frame construction and have a 2 car garage. Oh, and they also come with a ten year limited warranty.
