Long-Time Wailea Ekahi Client

From Client to Friend

Real Estate is especially rewarding when I work with long-time clients. My recent closing for Lisa the seller of a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom unit at Wailea Ekahi exemplifies that. 20 years ago, almost to the day, I sold Ekahi unit 43D to Lisa through Wailea Realty, and recently we closed again transitioning to Hawaii Life. With many changes in her family life on the mainland, Lisa decided it was time to sell and reached out to me. Lisa and her family have been visiting Maui for many years and chose to purchase a unit at Ekahi they could vacation rent themselves and enjoy for a long time. Adding island-style furnishings and artwork to their unit, they created a very successful vacation rental unit.

Successful Vacation Rental Unit

Repeat visitors loved the fully-stocked condo located a short walk to one of Ekahi’s 4 pool pavilions on property.  They also enjoyed the lush tropical island and ocean views from each lanai. Lisa’s unit is only 1 of 2, 2-bedroom units at Wailea Ekahi that sold in the past 6 months. Wailea Ekahi has 294 units situated on over 34 acres, convenient to get to Keawakapu Beach and The Shops at Wailea, an ideal location in the Wailea Resort.

Outstanding Sale Price Over List

Over the years my initial business relationship with Lisa transformed into a friendship, as we ‘talked story’ more about island life and family. I consider her a good friend. She trusts my extensive expertise selling in the Wailea condo market for over 25 years and the support we fostered resulted in an outstanding sale price, far more than expected for this Ekahi 2-bedroom unit.

Answering Your Maui Real Estate Questions

I’ve helped many clients over the years with numerous transactions. From selling their investment condos to purchasing luxury properties in Wailea, Lahaina, or Kapalua, many have become close friends, on-going clients, or golf buddies. I value the life-long friendships we’ve cultivated over the years. Maui’s market is unique with areas from beachfront condos and homes, golf course properties, gated communities, to vacation rental condos. Climates range from balmy beach weather to cooler Upcountry temperatures. Thinking of buying a new development? Or do you have questions about buying a single-family home and relocating to Maui? Once we start a conversation about what you’re wanting on Maui, I’ll send you comprehensive market data, specific to answering your Maui real estate questions.

As a full-time dedicated Real Estate Broker, I’m here to answer your questions about the Maui market and look forward to working with you. Are you thinking about buying a vacation rental condo?
