How lucky am I to be one of the 1096 single-family homeowners on the Hawaii Kai Marina? Starting off my workday with an early morning paddle on the marina makes the entire day wonderful.
The marina is private available only to residents and guests. Boating, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, and all types of paddling are everyday activities.
Inventory of single family homes for sale on the marina is always limited. Nevertheless, I will always go the distance for my clients to find the right home. Knocking on doors or calling out over fences is in my bag of tricks to get what my clients want.
This is my home and my playground. I always want more fun people to join me!
