564 Anapuni Loop is Lot #51 on the above plot map of the 13 lots in Ohia Ridge. Just about all of these lots in Ohia Ridge are for sale, but there are only a few actively on the market, and there is no question that 564 Anapuni Loop is the best of the best.

564 Anapuni Loop is Worth Every Dollar of $1M

At $23 per square foot and a $1M price tag, this lot is the second lowest price of any one-acre lot in all of Lanikeha. Furthermore, the other lot that is priced lower is not in the coveted Ohia Ridge portion of Lanikeha and is much more exposed to the elements because of its orientation towards the Northeast. The other two lots in Ohia Ridge, Lot #47 is at $1,050,000 and Lot #41 is at $1,150,000. Both of these lots are much lower in elevation than Lot #51 and do not have the view protection that our subject property has.

You will note that the maximum peak roof elevation for this property is 300ft. The lot directly adjacent to it has a peak roof elevation of a full 42 feet below it. This is a substantial difference and is by far the greatest of any lots in Ohia Ridge, where the other lots range from 0-16 ft. in comparison depending on the specific lot.

When I muse on Lanikeha, I think of open spaces, seclusion, and stunning natural beauty with a strong sense of privacy. My wife and I very often take evening walks and runs around the neighborhood from our house in Ka’anapali Golf Estates. It is a perfect location to do so. We also love watching the fireworks during New Year’s and The Fourth of July from the southern rim of Lanikeha, as you have clear sight to do so and don’t need to deal with the commotion in Lahaina town.

There are wide streets in Lanikeha with a sidewalk around the entire perimeter loop, a second gated entry (Ka’anapali Golf Estates is gated as well), there is a strong sense of privacy enhanced by the gulches on each end of the neighborhood, the vistas of the Ka’anapali golf courses, while overlooking the entire Ka’anapali Resort.

Home values in Lanikeha range from just under $2M to the highest residential sale which was a Tuscany inspired villa on the Northern end of Anapuni Loop, which closed a couple years ago for $4M. There are a couple homes in Lanikeha that if they came on the market would likely sell in the mid $4-5M range. There are strict covenants and architectural guidelines that preserve the high-end integrity of the subdivision, making it on par with the nicest neighborhoods in all of Maui.
