Is Laie’ on the Verge of a Real Estate Boom?

For a few years now real estate speculators have envisioned the quiet town of Laie to be on the verge of Oahu’s next high end real estate boom. There are a few multiple multi million dollar oceanfront developments that have popped up as well as a proposed 220 room Marriott Hotel almost approved.

One of Laie’s last large oceanfront parcels.

Also, Laie’ is the home to Hawaii’s most paid popular tourist attraction, the Polynesian Cultural Center. If you asked me, I would say in the next few years Laie’ property value will go up substantially for a number of reasons, including the neighborly hush hush Turtle Bay 880 acre multi billion dollar development.

If you are a North Shore buyer, check out Hawaii Life’s new listing in Laie’, one of Oahu’s last large oceanfront parcles available (MLS# 1201023)! It is listed by Dave Hite and Benjy Gilholm!

That would be a good news for the town of Laie. Based on the image in the article, this place is perfect for hotel and resorts. Once this placed is developed more money will go to the town of Laie.
