Congratulations on your sale, Catherine! I saw that one of the developer units went into escrow today too. Maybe we will see a run on Kumulani this year…it is amazing to me that you can buy at the Mauna Kea Resort with those incredible amenities for these prices. What did your sale close for?

Catherine; Your listing was the only three bedroom at the Kumulani project and beautifully remodeled to be such. It seems it would be easy enough for some savvy buyer to duplicate and make their units as saleable as your intuitive sellers did. Great job!
