Update on the Pending Lawsuit

The lawsuit between the Homeowner’s Association and Stanford Carr Development is in the discovery phase which is followed by depositions. However; the COVID-19 has interrupted the schedule due to several parties, including counsel, are off island and unable to travel due to the quarantine. An update will be provided once a new schedule can be determined.

This ongoing legal action has all but halted conventional lending within the complex and slowed sales. Is this a good opportunity to negotiate a cash purchase on that second home of your dreams?
