Kukui’ula is located on the sunny South Shore of Kauai where the daytime temperatures range from the mid-seventies to the upper eighties, and the average annual rainfall is thirty-two inches. The landscape is beautiful and the air is fresh, clean, and often features the fragrance of Hawaiian flowers.
As part of the Club at Kukui’ula, property owners have access to the Plantation House and the amenities of the 1,000 acre membership-based community.

The Kainani Place Homesites
The small Kainani Neighborhood features ocean, sunset and golf course views and includes a mix of homesites, single-family homes, and condominiums.
Twenty level and ready-to-build Kainani Place homesites sitting above the 3rd and 4th holes of Kukui’ula’s private golf course were developed in 2017. Each homesite was thoughtfully plotted so that the home’s lanais would be sheltered from the trade winds and face the sunset and ocean views to the southwest.
In 2017 five homesites, ranging in size from 14,885 to 29,978 sq ft, sold from $725,000 to $940,000. From March through May 2018, six homesites, ranging in size from 16,635 to 21,772 sq ft, have sold from $795,000 to $1,075,000.
Seven Kainani Place homesites, ranging in size from 14,710 to 19,889 sq ft, are being offered for sale by the developer from $895,000 to $1,150,000 and currently include the $50,000 Plantation Membership and one year of paid Club and Master Association dues.
