Kona Heavens! It is like heaven in this neighborhood. This is one of my favorite areas in North Kona. I remember when I was looking for a home back in 2006, and I was looking in this neighborhood. There were no homes under $1 million. All of the homes sit on 1 acre, or bigger. The homes sit on a mountain side at about 1,100 feet elevation. Enjoy cool breezes and wonderful ocean views.

I just recently viewed this home, and let me tell you it is nice! It is a little older, but has great features. Private lap pool, ocean views, rooms open, and spacious. Sits towards the end of Anini Street, which is a dead end, so very private.
