Kona Hawaii Oceanfront in Historic Location

After over 20 years of selling Hawaii oceanfront properties, it’s fun to keep long-lasting relationships and see the homeowners become active in Hawaii water sports.

Even if they are not swimmers, surfers, or paddlers! Did you know that you do not have to be an athlete? I have one retired friend in particular who is an avid sea life watcher… you know, whales, dolphins, Hawaiian monk seals and even canoe paddlers. It can be a very busy pastime! She even closely follows our monk seal hospital in Kona, which is rehabbing baby monk seals year round. Actually, my owners and I have ongoing conversations regarding these activities! Such as this morning, when I saw a big monk seal while on my daylight paddle, and I texted her on my Apple watch to be on the alert for it was headed her way. It’s really fun!

The location of my newest oceanfront property that is offered for sale truly is steeped in rich Royal Hawaiian history.  King Kamehameha III was born right in this magical area! In 1814 Kauikeaouli was born at Keauhou Bay, on Hawaiʻi island, the largest island in the Hawaiian Islands archipelago. He was the second son of King Kamehameha I. I am excited to be living here in this part of Kona because it is steeped in a rich Hawaiian history everywhere especially right here.

This home is located in a wonderful location set with slight elevation and cooling trade breezes.

The convenience of Keauhou Shopping Center nearby makes life so simple and fun!

This never lived in, new well layed out 3 bedroom 2 bath home with garage, is zoned for vacation rental and has just entered into a vacation rental program this month.

The pool and spa is a highlight of enjoyment where you can watch in awe the humpback whales jump and play in the winter season.

Lots to do with Fairwinds boating tours, Iko and Holly’s Anelakai Canoe Manta Ray tours, and my favorite Keauhou sunset stop Rays On the Bay restaurant, bar, and lounge!

There are so many cool things to do for homeowners and guests alike here! Right down to really slowing down & fishing for Halalu’u with a bamboo fishing pole from the pier at nearby Keauhou Bay or paddling with new experienced friends on a six man canoe at the Keauhou canoe club,

Your Hawaii Life is ready for you to begin right now at Holua Kai. Call me and I can share more…
