Kohina
Exciting news, you can finally see Kohina from Kualakai Parkway. Kohina will have 40 unique floor plans in West Oahu. There will be about 276 multi-family homes and commercial spaces. Where is Ho’opili?
Ho’opili is a new master-planned community between Ewa Beach and Kapolei. There will be around 11,750 homes developed in this area. In the future, this area will be its own town called Ho’opili with its own zip code.
There will be five DOE schools, three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Ho’opili is conveniently located near the University of Hawai‘i West O‘ahu campus.
Ilima
Ilima is one of the newest developments in Ho’opili. Ilima will consist of 76 multi-family homes. The homes will be townhomes and stacked flats. About 28 homes will be sold as affordable homes under the City and County guidelines. Ilima has seven floor plans to choose from with living areas between 973 to 1,860 square feet. There will be a minimum of two parking stalls per unit. Ilima will also have small yards.
Ho’oulu
Ho’oulu at Ho’opili consists of modern plantation-style single-family homes. These homes have 2 and 3 bedrooms with living space from 868 to 1,144 square feet. There will be 68 single family homes in this development. These brand new single-family homes are priced currently from $539k – $615k fee simple. These homes come with a stainless steel dishwasher, gas range and hood, single-basin apron-front sink, tankless gas water heater, white shaker cabinets, and more.
