Kiinani Place – The Heart of the Homesteads

Our most recent listing is this beautiful home nestled in the heart of the Wailua Homesteads on the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai. Here are some of the reasons why we love this home.

Location, Location, Location!

The East side of Kauai holds a strong advantage in regards to location. A ten minute drive will get you to Kapaa Town, where nearby shopping and restaurants are accessible. Beautiful beaches such as Kealia and Wailua will take about 15 minutes. However if you want to head North or South Side of the Island, you can get there in under an hour.  It is very centrally located for enjoying all of Kauai. A five minute drive from this property will get you to the Wailua Park, which also has a gated 1.5-acre dog park for your furry friends to roam freely. Right down the street from the park is the Country Store, making snacks and drinks accessible without a drive into town. Deep in the Homesteads and a short drive from this property will lead you to a hidden gem known as the Hindu Monastery.

This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The location does not get much better for hikers and trail runners, as it is walking distance from the West side of Sleeping Giant trailhead.
