Ke’alohilani – The Newest Single-Family Home Development at Kehalani
Alohilani is the newest D.R. Horton single-family home development in Kehalani, Wailuku, Maui. These homes are set for release in the winter of 2016-2017. The houses will consist of single-story and two-story floor plans. These floor plans will be made up of 3 bed/2 bath and 4 bed/2.5 bath, with no shared driveways!

Located in the space above the existing Ho’olea Terrace and below Wailuku Heights, many homes will have Haleakala, ocean, and West Maui mountain views. Prices have yet to be determined but are anticipated to start in the high $500,000s. As seen in the photo below, the lowest tier of Alohilani is located above Ho’olea Terrace’s roofline.
