Kauai Farmer’s Market Schedule & Successful Pineapple Farm For Sale

As we all know, buying locally grown food and locally made products is extremely important for sustainability, positively affecting the health of economy and our bodies. On the island of Kauai, this concept is largely supported, and many of our farmer’s markets require that all edibles and handicraft products be produced on Kauai in order to be sold.

Unique Opportunity to Own a Kauai Pineapple Farm

Kauai’s warm, tropical climate and rich, volcanic soil makes this island extremely fertile for farming. The combination of sunshine and rain year round is not only a formula for rainbows…it’s a grower’s heaven. Nestled just outside of the remote North shore, yet conveniently close to the shopping amenities of the East side is a successful, operating pineapple farm with a beautifully custom built 3 bedroom home.

Home sweet home…meticulously cared for (MLS# 249154)

The amount of love and attention to detail is readily apparent in every aspect of this property, from the built-in hurricane ties on the roof of the house to the landscape design and variety of mature fruit trees, processing room, and machinery storage. There is even a hot tub site, ready for installation, to relax after a long day of sunshine in the field.

Learn the Hawaii Pineapple Farming System

The best part is…the owners are willing to teach their farming system to the buyer. They have kept immaculate records of all the relevant aspects of running this farm, including income spreadsheets, planting and harvesting processes, and farmer’s market schedules.

Delicious and juicy…Kauai white pineapple

They are organized and tidy, (not like some farmers I have met along the way!) and make this a viable option for most anyone. Or you could buy the farm and have an outside farmer run the operations while you sit back and snack on fresh, sweet Kauai pineapple. There is a small living space above the garage that could potentially house a caretaker.
