The former condominium project known as Moana Vista at 1009 Kapiolani Blvd has now become Pacifica Honolulu. A recent Honolulu Advertiser article details the plans for the 489-unit tower with prices ranging from $385,000 to $1.2 million. In addition, Pacifica Honolulu promises “amazing views and thoughtfully designed amenities.†We will be looking forward to its successful completion, as this will be a great addition to ocean view residences in Honolulu.
