Kailua Kona Commercial Building For Lease at Hanama Place

I’ve been asked to help market a Commercial Building for Lease at Hanama Place in Kailua-Kona near Big Island Grill. The Leasing Agent wanted me to do Open Houses so she can get the units leased – so I’ve been inviting my Craft Fair and Spiritual Workshop friends to come and hang out while we do business! It’s a great way to show the property, help friends, and build a community relationship for a win-win-win environment!

Convenient Kailua-Kona Location

Located in prime real estate business district at the bottom of Henry Street and Kuakini Highway, Hanama Place offers 10 units available for Lease. If you’d like to take a look, I can meet you there anytime!

Besides this area being known for housing the Former State and County offices buildings, the anchor tenants here are Aloha Gas Station-Car Wash, and Big Island Grill.

Big Island Grill is famous for their delectable local style dishes, and the huge portions for all to enjoy! Here are some dishes that we love at Big Island Grill:

Big Island Craft Fair and Spiritual Workshop Novelties

Creative Seamstress & Functional Novelties by Desmien Bolos-Tayamen
Desmien works at Family Court, but she loves to make baby bags and matching booties. She also sells novelties from phone cases to lingerie.

I met Des on Facebook, and I was sharing the Law of Attraction teachings with her when we thought to have mini-craft fair open house…she is amazing and creative! She invited all her vendor-friends to this event, so it was fun to meet new people and serve the public!

Hair Accessories & realw8 Dietary Products by Leonard Ordonio
Leonard and his wife make those Hawaiian fabric hair accessories. I saw him put up a few ladies up do’s, and it was really easy, and very formal looking!

Leonard also markets Realw8 – a dietary product for people who have diabetes. The Before & After pictures are very realistic, and I saw a lot of familiar friends who are on the product. It seems to work!

Mary Kay Cosmetics by Wendy Santiago
Wendy is our Mary Kay representative. I re-met Wendy at the Aloha Center for Spiritual Living – Conscious Business Network meeting, where I learned that Wendy and I have the same conviction to our spiritual integrity – she loves what she does, and she also likes to plan events like these. Desmien invited Wendy, so it was really nice to see how the local business networking takes place.

Custom Bead Maker Michele Samoy Smith
Michelle Smith is a custom bead maker. Her works can be found at the local bead shops and at Kona Rock & Mineral sometimes. She likes to sell her own jewelry products, and her husband, Brad, is very supportive as he helps set her up, and brings a table with his beautiful cactus flowers for sale that he grows.

Michelle makes beautiful glass beads and necklace pieces. I love the way she displays them too, can you see the gecko?

Colored Contact Lenses by Kaimana and Mele with Got Contacts
I got to meet Kai and Mele, the Color Contact Lens ladies…they were a hoot! I loved the Honey Colored Lenses, and also got some Sterling Grey Color Contacts, and love them both! I had bought a pair of purple ones at the Anime Conference in Honolulu, but these were so much cheaper – $25 a pair versus $40 a pair at the Kawaii Kon conference.

The colors are a bit lighter, but I like the subtleness of the honey colored ones. I’m starting to wear them more often as I’ve noticed I’m getting a different response from people when I wear them…people are super-duper nice to me, and they will tend to look me in the eyes more…it’s a neat feeling. Kai’s number is 808-747-6165 if you’d like to check when she’s in Kona.

Below is a fun picture, Mele, Desmien, Kai and I with our color contacts. Des has one Sterling Grey color in her left eye, and her right eye is her natural eye color. Mele has a color called something like Maniac Blue, and it was a crazy looking color.

Kai and I both have the Honey colored lenses in, but you can hardly tell on mine and her eyes look more Hazel. So it was interesting to see how a certain color changes with a certain eye color. I love the Honey colored ones, they are very natural looking, and it feels like I’m hiding behind a curtain, but better.

Physicist – Teacher of our Quantum Physicist Development Classes Jeanne O’Dean
And last, but definitely not least, we have Jeanne O’Dean, a Physicist who is advancing and converging spirituality and science in Kona, the Big Island and beyond. Jeanne comes to us with amazing information about the natural laws, and will be doing workshops at Hanama Place and other outdoor locations as well.  Because both Jeanne and I work with the Law of Attraction, it’s been amazing how the synchronicities of time and telepathy come into play for us.

Jeanne offers a wealth of knowledge on the Indigo Children, Rainbow Children and Diamond Children being born in the last 40+ years till now, and how we can understand what part the children play in being our teachers in order to understand our true nature and the destiny of our future.

Jeanne also teaches classes on Women’s Intuition & Pineal Gland Development – two topics that I am both equally interested in. With December 21, 2012 just around the corner, and the end of the Mayan Calendar and the Chinese i-Ching Code, my research has drawn me to learn more about my spiritual development.

I will be sharing Spiritual Real Estate & the Law of Attraction series in relation to Jeanne’s teachings, and the public is invited to join us! We will be posting workshops on Facebook, and would love to connect!
