This is a sick deal! Thanks to Hawaii Life, I represented my girlfriend Megan and her family on the purchase the home directly across the street from this one. Big Mahalo HL! This home is about $500k more but is almost twice the square footage, the lot twice as large, and the absurdly awesome ocean views make this home a total Maui Screaming Deal. It will be interesting to see how long it takes a savvy buyer to make the wise move and pick this home up at this ridiculously low price. No joke, there are similar homes selling for $4mil in Ka’anapali Golf Estates.
