Carol, what an awesome deal! I use to live in this complex in 2001 and loved every minute of it. Being so close to the library, restaurants, grocery store, Princeville Fitness club and now the St. Regis. What a score at this price. I am preparing my offer today.

I guess I got lucky, because it is now mine. A very good value, a bit of fix-up has been needed. The location is awesome for a single guy like me. All in all, I am loving it so far.
