The Molokai building runs perpendicular to the ocean, and its orientation catches the cool Kauai tradewinds. This condo is on the ground floor and just steps away from a beautiful Kauai beach and reef. It is ADA compliant, which results in a wider entryway and a no lip tile shower in the bathroom. The added hallway space is quite useful for storing surfboards, golf clubs, beach gear, etc. You will want to have your snorkel gear ready to go for the flat days. I have actually grabbed quite a few lobsters and octopus right out front of this resort.

> Aloha Rick, this particular unit actually sold in November but I have a few others that are available at the same complex. Islander on the Beach are awesome condos on the beach in Kapaa, that can be purchased in the $250-350k range
