Selling Advice

Instagram vs. Real Life | Oahu, Hawaii

We all gravitate towards perfectly posed photos, and the same thing goes for buyers when they’re looking for homes online. Hi, I’m Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life.

Online Home Search

Since 99% of buyers are starting their home search online, your photos will be a buyer’s first impression of your home. It needs to be a good one. And remember what your mom said, “You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.”

Quality Photos & Video Tour are Key

Quality photos will help you sell your home quickly for top dollar. According to the Center of Realtor Development, homes with high-quality images sell 32% faster. While quality photos are absolutely necessary, buyers always say that they wish that they could actually see the layout of the home online.

Well, their wish is my command. Enter the fabulous video tour. Buyers can virtually tour your home before they ever see it in person. And did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors, 67% of buyers will tour the home in person that they toured online?
