Immaculate Waikiki Condo with Views Offers Luxury Living at The Watermark

The Watermark was Waikiki’s newest luxury highrise in 2008. Developed by Irongate, who also gave us Trump Tower and now the Ritz, this is a building built by people who know luxury for people who need luxury.

Beautiful. Stylish. Custom Designed.

As of this writing, there are 9 condos for sale here, quite a few to choose from, to be sure, but my money is on unit #1204. At $1,265,000 it is the second least expensive offering. The ’04 stack is located in the middle of the building’s layout, and while in many buildings that is not a plus, here it frames the Harbor beautifully, and captures views west toward Ala Moana as well.

At slightly over 1,100 sq.ft., this 2 bedroom, 2 bath’s layout is well thought out with the bedrooms book-ending the living/dining/kitchen areas, giving excellent separation of space for when guests come to stay. Or, just invite your guests to enjoy one of Waikiki’s fine hotels, and indulge in a beautiful in-home office instead.

Amenities at The Watermark

The Watermark knows its clientele, and it knows what they want in amenities. Set on a 3-acre parcel it is replete with a heated Lagoon-shaped pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, a fitness center, walking paths, and barbeque cabanas.

Security is 24/7 and the entire property is gated, a serene oasis in the heart of Waikiki. There is a resort-style lushness to this property that is unparalleled in any other Waikiki luxury building.

As Irongate continues to redefine luxury in Waikiki Condos, it is good to know that their sense of luxury and style stand the test of time as well. Luxury is an investment, as well as a state of mind. The Watermark knows this well.
