Just Announced – Ilima at Kehalani

Towne Island Homes has announced it will build a 49 single-family home neighborhood, adjacent to its current project, Kamani at Kehalani.

Location

Ilima at Kehalani will be located at the foothills of the West Maui Mountains, at the intersection of Oma’Oma’o St. and Kehalani Mauka Pkwy.

Price points, floor plans, and lot sizes have yet to be released, but the dust fence is up and groundwork has begun!

Kehalani

Kehalani is a master-planned community in Wailuku, Maui, with parks, ample sidewalks, and pedestrian/bike paths. Foodland, Long’s Drugs, McDonald’s, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and a gas station are all conveniently located nearby.
