Virtual Meetings
First, we can do a sellers’ consultation virtually and go over the listing process. We’ll follow up with meetings via Messenger, Zoom Skype or any other preferred method to make sure your home is show-ready.
Video Tour
Second, having a video tour is more important now than ever before. Your layout may not work for everyone, so this is a great way to make sure we are attracting the right buyer while also getting it the most exposure.
Pre-Approved Buyers
Third, we can request that all buyers coming through are pre-approved or are cash buyers.
Virtual Tour
Fourth, we can offer a virtual tour to all qualified buyers. We can do this virtually without anyone stepping inside of your home.
Showings
Fifth, once we have a party truly interested in your home, we can request the following safety precautions during an in-person showing.
Anyone entering the home tour must feel 100% healthy. Limit the number of buyers to only, the decision-makers. Buyers are to wear masks and gloves during the entire showing. Buyers are to complete their tour as quickly as possible and maintain social distancing. We can leave notices around, requesting shoppers to be mindful of keeping their hands to themselves, not touching anything in the home, and making sure all lights are left on, and doors are to be kept open inside.
