Hoakalei Community Events Help Create That Small Town Feel in Ewa Beach

With Oahu being a relatively big area, it’s nice to know there are still some small town events. On Saturday night, Hoakalei in Ewa Beach hosted another event entitled “Hoakalei Hoike.” This was a free event for the public that included numerous food trucks, shopping, kids events, live entertainment, and free gifts. With great weather and beautiful scenery, it was a successful event for all attendees.

An amazing Hawaiian sunset

These small town gatherings are free and open to all, not just residents of the Hoakalei communities. It’s a great way for friends and neighbors to enjoy this beautiful community. It is also a great way to support some of the local Oahu food trucks and businesses that we don’t see everyday. In a big city, it’s nice to have that small town feel of a community event in the beautiful Ewa Beach.
