Hawai’i Life Expands Our O’ahu Footprint With A New Kaimuki Office Led by Jeanie Schmaltz

Our Kaimuki office will be led by Jeanie Schmaltz as Broker-In-Charge. Schmaltz is a lifelong resident of Honolulu and attended the University of Hawai‘i Mānoa Campus and Hawai‘i Pacific University. She became a Realtor-Associate in 1998 and has been actively representing both buyers and sellers island-wide in real estate transactions since then. She obtained her Broker’s License in 2016 and has been honored four times by Honolulu Magazine on their ‘Best in Hawai‘i Real Estate’ list. Jeanie Schmaltz is a long-time supporter of The Joyful Heart Foundation and The Hawaiian Humane Society.
This new space adds to our three existing O‘ahu locations in Kahala, Ewa Beach and on the North Shore, in Hale‘iwa. Following business acquisitions on O‘ahu and Hawai‘i Island earlier this year, we’ve expanded our footprint on both islands with the addition of The CHOI Group with Hawai‘i Life, and Mauna Kea Realty – A Hawai‘i Life Company. The CHOI Group moved into Hawai‘i Life’s existing Kahala location on O‘ahu, which opened in 2011 on Kilauea Avenue. The Mauna Kea Realty office is located within the lobby of the iconic Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, on the Kohala Coast of Hawai‘i Island.
Conveniently located on the ground floor of Kaimuki Plaza, our new Waialae Avenue office sits at the corner of 10th Avenue, in the heart of the vibrant Kaimuki neighborhood. The open-concept space has a contemporary feel that features custom-made design elements, recycled materials, and the same relaxed, modern vibe that’s the signature of Hawai‘i Life offices across the state. The bright, airy space features bamboo flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows and will serve as a lively gathering place for agents and clients alike.
Kaimuki Plaza offers ample on-site parking which can be accessed from the plaza entrance on 10th Avenue. Easy access to the H-1 freeway makes Hawai‘i Life’s new office convenient to the popular Diamond Head, Kahala, Hawai‘i Kai and Waikiki neighborhoods. It sits at the heart of the many independently-owned boutiques and eateries that have proliferated along Waialae Avenue over the past decade. You can find us adjacent to Kaimuki Community Park and across from Tamura’s flagship store.
Hawai‘i Life’s new Kaimuki location will open on November 16, 2018 with a grand opening and office blessing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The company invites the general public to attend and to find out what makes Hawai‘i Life unlike any other brokerage in Hawai‘i.
