Dynamic Ease – How a Team Approach Lets us Cater to Clients

Hawaii Life Real Estate Services has shown me that real estate agents can offer so much more when they are backed up with innovative support.

Empowered Hawaii Life Agents and Brokers

When I think of Hawaii Life, I think of form and freedom.

Hawaii Life offers many organizational tools and a ton of structure for running our individual businesses. For example, the sophisticated marketing materials that I just love. Postcards are simple. Just a few words, allowing the properties to speak for themselves. All the printed materials are clean, uncluttered, to the point, substantive. This echoes the clean, uncluttered, user-friendly website.

“Cloud computing” ensures that our communications and documentation are professional, consistent, and error-free. In an age when the documentation for real estate transactions can seem overwhelming, these new systems guide us through the processes with ease, especially for our clients who are most often thousands of miles away.

I am amazed that Hawaii Life offers their Agents and Brokers continuing education and technical training, on a regular basis, free of charge. They aren’t content with us simply completing the job, they want us to be as efficient as possible, making the process smoother for everyone.

At the same time, there’s a lot of room to build a personalized business and to focus on our individual strengths. For example, Hawaii Life encourages the formation of sales “teams” to give our clients the best representation possible.

On my team, our leader has identified each individual’s strengths, so we each work in our area of expertise. As head “Listing Coordinator,” I help with paperwork, groundwork, and showings. Another team member works with sellers, and is known as our Listing Specialist – she’s the social person who interacts most often with the sellers in person. Another team member is the “Head Buyer’s Representative,” and of course, we have a few administrative specialists who assist with everything else. We each focus on our specialty. As a team, we get properties sold very efficiently. This approach is not common in the real estate industry.

At Hawaii Life, we are trained and supported in ways similar to a large extended family. They allow us to explore as individuals, and they prove they are open to new ways of doing things – they are innovative, progressive, and open-minded. There is a mutual respect among all players within the company at Hawaii Life, and a cooperation that is unique to my experience as a real estate agent.

Joining Hawaii Life has been one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made. I can focus on my area of expertise, instead of trying to be all things to all people and perform all functions involved in real estate transactions. The end result is that no team member is spread too thin, and the entire process is handled more efficiently. Clients are getting more attention to their needs, their questions, their schedule. And the agents representing them are getting the support they need…and then some! The unique process that Hawaii Life offers is something I like to call “dynamic ease.” Thank You Hawaii Life!!

Julie, you are so right! It was amazing for me to be able to go on vacation knowing that my teammates would be there for my clients. And what’s even better, I know any of you would jump in to assist across teams if needed. Hawaii Life Big Island is the best!
