Unfortunately, COVID-19 has forced the Hawaii Food Bank to adjust its operations and programs. Since March, they’ve purchased more than $4.75 million worth of emergency food. Their typical annual budget for food purchase is $400,000. As such, donations from the community are critical to further their mission and to help the hungry.
