Golf Course Living in Hawaii Kai

Located near the base of Koko Crater and minutes from Sandy Beach, Queen’s Gate is a golf course community featuring single-family 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Featuring tennis courts and a recreation center, this popular neighborhood offers homes with direct golf course frontage, as well as homes featuring green belt views.

Queen’s Gate

Queen’s Gate was developed in the late ’70s and straddles the Hawaii Kai Golf Course. The Hawaii Kai Golf Course was designed by Willliam-Bell and features both a Championship 18-hole course and an Executive 3-par course. The elevation changes make for a challenging day of golf, as well as for some great sightseeing. Breathtaking views of Moloka’i can be seen from the course,  and during whale season, humpbacks can often be spotted.

Community Neighborhoods

Queen’s Gate has four distinct sections – Queen’s Gate I, Queen’s Gate II, Queen’s Gate South, and Queen’s Point.  Queen’s Gate II and Queen’s Point are both within the gated portion of the community. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of selling homes in Queen’s Gate, and I have come to appreciate the peace and tranquility living on one of Hawaii’s premier golf courses affords its residents. It’s a great community for golfers and non-golfers alike!
