You don’t have to golf to enjoy the openness and feeling of privacy when waking up to coffee on your lanai facing the golf course. Enjoy the peace and quiet, bird songs, and a few turkeys trotting with their poults. Waikoloa Villas prices start at $124K for 1 bed/1 bath to $319K for the 3 bedroom unit. Note: The Fairways at Waikoloa “A” building offer the very best views.

About Waikoloa Village Golf Course

Waikoloa Village Golf Course is a Trent Jones designed course with wide open fairways, a couple of water holes, and expansive Mauna Kea and ocean views. A forgiving course for the beginner, but challenging as well for the more experienced.

Myself, I am still trying to break 100. After that first tee off, the game is on and I take in the beauty and try my best to better my last game. If I falter, oh well, a nice day was had; there is always next time.
