The HOA dues are a little less than the resorts. Most of the condos in the Village, HOA’s run anywhere from $250 to $680. This particular condo is $680 per month.

It is 70K less than all the other listings so that leaves room for any changes and upgrades the new owner might want. Potential buyers really need to come and take a look at this propety.
