If you have been waiting for that beautiful piece of Ag land, your wait could be over! You are just 5 minutes from Poipu and its beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, and yet, you have the privacy afforded by a large estate. Don’t miss out on this property that has just been reduced by $50,000.
This “plantation-style home” features a 1,792 sq. ft. main home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an additional 1,482 sq. ft. of covered outdoor living lanai! You also get a 456 sq. ft. guest house with another full bathroom. This estate (MLS# 239944) is now priced at $1,575,000.
Both homes look down at the Waiohonu stream, and out onto the manicured and fenced lot, perfect for the grazing horses. This is one of Kauai’s most historic streets, featuring well cared for homes on large estates.

Thanks Ken. Yes this is an exceptional property especially since it is so close to Poipu. There are condos in Poipu that are priced higher than this beautiful property. I appreciate your comments. Lucy
